This tiki drink isa classic recipe for a reason. A blend of classic, unique rums creates a complex base. Fresh lime juice and pineapple juice provide a citrusy foundation, balanced by the sweetness of passion fruit syrup. Often served in a large bowl or planter (giving it its name) with a ladle for sharing, Planter's Punch is a refreshing and crowd-pleasing tiki experience.

- 1 oz Aged Agricole Rum JM Rhum
Citrus
- 0.25 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
Flavors & Sweeteners
- 0.5 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
Additions
- 6 Drops Herbsaint/Pernod/Absinthe Herbsaint or Pernod
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
- 0.25 oz Brandy/Cognac Christian Brothers Brandy
Garnishes
Operational Procedure
- Blend all ingredients with ice and strain into glass with ice. Garnish.
