Doctor Funk
This tiki drink isn't for the faint of heart. Based using a black rum, the drink uses lemon and lime juice for a bracing tartness. Grenadine offers sweetness to counter the powerful absinthe.

- 2.25 oz Moderately Aged Rum Goslings Black Seal
Citrus
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
Flavors & Sweeteners
- 0.5 oz Demerara Syrup
- 0.25 oz Grenadine
Additions
- 1 oz Club Soda
- 0.25 oz Herbsaint/Pernod/Absinthe Herbsaint
Operational Procedure
- Shake all ingredients, except soda water, with ice and double strain into chilled glass, top with soda water. Garnish.
